Liam Whelan

Bio

I have been involved in fitness, and competitive sport for most of my life. I first starting coaching in 2014, for a grassroot youth football team, where I gained experience of coaching individuals on a personal basis. ​ I started boxing in 2017, mainly to improve my fitness for football. However, I soon found that boxing not only increased my fitness levels, but also my ADHD symptoms, and my mental wellbeing.
